Chas Bayfield is a Creative Director at iris Worldwide. He studied at Watford College for five months before starting a series of advertising placements which led to a permanent job with HHCL. Here he created ads for brands such as Tango, Birdseye, Martini and the BBC including a commercial for Blackcurrant Tango which was voted one of the 100 best ads of all time. He left HHCL in 2000, the year it was voted agency of the decade and has spent the last ten years working in London agencies, writing books, writing with rock bands and editing the ideas website, ideaaday.org.
